How can I get a price?
We need details like Size, QTY, Design or Pictures of Sample etc. to check cost for you.
Please provide details as much as you can. Price will send to you winthin 24 hours.

Can i make my own color and size?
Your can choose your own color on Pantone Color or CMYK color or you can provide samples of color you already have. If like our samples, but the size is not you need, we can change the size as per your need or fit to your products
Sometimes we might need you send your products to us to make perfectly fit.

I have an idea, but i dont know how to design my packaging?
We can prodvide design service to help you finishing your own packaging. If you need template for  your packaging, we can also provide.

What's the minimum order of customized paper packaging?
The less QTY you order, the cost will increase. As we have the Min. Cost for each processing. 
If you need best price, 3000 to 5000 pcs is good choice. 
If you dont need that much 500 pcs can be acceptable as starting.

Can I have a sample check quality and how many days can I received.
After your confirm our price, we can make samples for your proof.
After receive your sample fee, we will start to make samples. Normally take about 3 to 7 days. and transport on the way to you by DHL about 3 to 4 days. Finally you will receive them sample about 7 to 10 days

How many pcs of sample we can have. 
Normally we make 1 or 2 pcs for samples. If you need more samples, we will charge more sample fee than usual.


DELIVERY

When will you ship out the goods after I place the order?
Sampling normally takes about 3 to 7 days.
Massive Production takes about 10 to 15 days for flat carton box or other simple package; 20 to 30 days for Rigid GIft Box.

How will you ship the cargo and How long can i received?
We ship cargo by Air and By Ocean.
By AIR normally takes 3 to 7 days on the way. We work with DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT...; By Air is quick but Expensive!
By OCEAN takes about 20 to 30 days around on the way, which is the most economic way for most of the cargo.

How can I pay to you?
We can receive payment through Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union.
